Poster para o próximo concerto do Stephen Malkmus em Tel Aviv. Curiosidade: fiz este poster enquanto parcialmente daltónico (foi-me dito que esses amarelos não são todos iguais... quem diria, ein?).

Poster for the next Stephen Malkmus' show in Tel Aviv. Fun fact: this was done while partialy colorblind (I was told that those yellows are not all alike... who would have thought, eh?).

Este acima é um esboço para o artigo sobre clássicos do cinema em DVD que acabou por não ser escolhido, mas ainda assim acho que tem piada e decidi partilhar.

This one above is a sketch for the article about movie classics in DVD that ended up not being chosen, still, I think it is funny so I decided to share it.

Exquisite corpse

Eis aqui três ilustrações que fiz para o último número do "The children's book of american birds". Ilustram um conto composto por seis partes - escrito sob o processo conhecido como "cadáver esquisito" - assinado por seis autores diferentes. Tentando também seguir um pouco esse jogo, metade das partes foi ilustrada por mim, a outra metade pela Vero Navarro. Apesar dos nossos estilos apresentarem diferenças, tentámos manter uma certa unidade entre todas as ilustrações empregando a mesma técnica (desenho a lapis) e usando a mesma lógica na aplicação das cores.

These are three illustrations I did for the last number of "The children's book of american birds".

Depicting a short story made of six parts - writen under the process known as "exquisite corpse" - signed by six different authors. Attempting to follow that same game, I illustrated half of the parts and Vero Navarro illustrated the other half. Altought our styles show some differences, we tried to keep a certain unity between all the illustrations by using the same technique (pencil drawing) and by using the same logic to aply the colors.

as agruras da prisão deixaram-lhe sequelas na vida (e no aparelho digestivo)

the hardships of prision left sequels in his life (and in his digestive system)

de volta ao mundo exterior, sonhando e traçando novos planos de futuro

back to the outside world, dreaming and tracing new plans for the future
